PRESCOTT HOUSE

Built in 1905, it is a beautiful brick, colonial located in a very peaceful and scenic setting in Saranac Lake.

The interior and exterior has undergone extensive renovations. All sleeping rooms are beautifully appointed with antique furniture, microwaves refrigerators, and some feature televisions.

There is a formal lounge located on the third floor. Also there is a large community kitchen on the first floor, as well as a recreation area complete with pool table and ping pong table and a laundry room.

There are five bathrooms throughout the house. It is similar to a European bed and breakfast as there are bathrooms/showers on each floor.

There are large open air porches for sitting, relaxing and reading a book or just to sit back and enjoy the beautiful mountain views while taking in the fresh air.

The Prescott House is conveniently located, just a short walk from downtown, Mt. Baker and Moody Pond.
